Our company is looking for a self-motivated, hardworking, reliable, willing to learn, with a good attitude individual to join our team. Technicians will install, inspect, and maintain HVAC systems including ductless systems, furnaces, air conditions, heat pumps, gas furnaces, ductwork. Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues in HVAC systems and preform necessary repairs. Communicate clearly with our customers to explain issues, repairs and maintenance options.

• Install and service HVAC systems.
• Establish customer rapport to ensure the highest levels of satisfaction.
• Service several different pieces of equipment.
• Repair or replace defective equipment, components, or wiring.
• Repair or service heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems to improve efficiency, such as by changing filters, cleaning ducts.
• Carry out job assignments in a timely manner.

• Past experience as an HVAC service technician or comparable.
• Valid Drivers License.
• EPA Certification, NATE certification or the ability to obtain one is not a must but helpful.
• Experience with operation and maintenance of heat pumps, air handlers, gas furnaces, A/C units.
• Ability to climb ladders, crawl tight spaces, and lift 40+ pounds.
• Good communication skills.
• Mechanically inclined a must.
