Responsibilities include:

• Appointment and scheduling of patients for Dental Services using Dentrix computer software program.
• Completing insurance verifications and priorizations for treatment as well as processing referrals.
• Confirming dental patient appointments and scheduling follow‑up appointments as needed per treatment plan.
• Ensuring new patient charts are complete prior to visit.
• High school diploma and two years experience in a customer service role, preferably in a dental or medical office environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a team centered work environment.
