Job SummaryProvides laundry services to lodging operations with the NEXCOM Hospitality Group NHG.
Responsibilities- Sort, wash, dry, fold, bundle, wrap, and issue linen in accordance with established instructions and or as directed by the Lead Supervisor.
- Operate commercial washers, dryers and ironing press paying special attention to detail while working with the laundry to prevent staining, over‑bleaching or over‑starching.
- Load, unload, attach, detach laundry chemicals as needed by hand or using carts, dollies, hand trucks, golf carts or similar lifting/carrying devices.
- Read and follow written directions from manufacturer and/or supervisor on the proper use of all equipment and chemicals.
- Clean filters on equipment and notify supervisor of any malfunctions.
- Inventory laundry to detect missing and/or damaged items, maintain inventory records,
