• Perform routine system updates, patches, and configuration changes to ensure security and integrity of systems, following vulnerability severity reporting.
• Create, modify, and deactivate user accounts and permissions to maintain access control, responding to personnel changes from AIMTC leadership.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize operations every 4 hours; respond immediately to outages via automated monitoring or customer notifications.
• Implement and maintain backup and recovery procedures for AIMTC systems to prevent data loss and ensure business continuity.
• Enforce security policies, monitor for breaches, and respond to incidents in accordance with best practices and DoD policies.
• Conduct cyber analysis and provide monthly recommendations on cyber tools, processes, and procedures to the AIMTC Technical Lead.
• Implement security settings and resolve hardware/software interface issues per best practices and DoD policies.
• Install and integrate updates, fixes, and enhancements for operating systems, databases, and application software as they become available from manufacturers.
• Manage system assets to ensure performance, capacity, and availability.
• Document administration and technical support for system, network, workstation, and support equipment hardware and software.
• Provide monthly recommendations for system administration and technical support to senior AIMTC leadership.
• Install, configure, and maintain IIS or Apache web servers; respond to webserver change requests.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across SQL Server and MySQL databases monthly.

• Minimum 5 years experience as a system administrator in a cloud environment.
• Minimum 2 years experience installing and configuring web servers.
• Minimum 1 year experience with PKI implementation and best practices.
• Minimum 5 years experience in enterprise-level database administration.
• Information Assurance Technical Level II certification.
