As a Fine Dining Server, you will showcase your impeccable service skills, attention to detail, and extensive knowledge of fine cuisine and wines.

• Provide exceptional and personalized service to guests in our elegant fine dining restaurant.
• Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, grace, and attentiveness.
• Offer detailed menu descriptions, provide recommendations, and guide guests through a memorable dining experience.
• Ensure flawless order taking, food and beverage presentation, and timely service.
• Display expertise in wine pairing and confidently make suggestions to enhance the dining experience.
• Collaborate closely with the kitchen and sommelier to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and hygiene in the dining area.
• Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and concerns with a calm and professional demeanor.

• Previous experience as a server in a fine dining establishment.
• Extensive knowledge of fine cuisine, wine, and spirits.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to anticipate guest needs.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain composure in a fast‑paced and high‑pressure environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
