This is a full‑time, on‑site Store Manager role located in Newport, Rhode Island. The Store Manager will oversee the daily operations of the retail store, manage staff, and ensure exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities include inventory management, employee scheduling, sales strategy implementation, and fostering strong relationships with customers. The Store Manager will also work to maintain visual merchandising standards, monitor store performance, and achieve sales targets while promoting the company’s premium products and values.

• Proficient in Retail Management, Inventory Management, and Staff Supervision
• Strong Customer Service, Sales, and Team Leadership skills
• Experience in Visual Merchandising and Store Operations
• Excellent Communication, Problem‑Solving, and Interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, customer‑driven environment
• Understanding or passion for premium apparel, gear, and outdoor/sailing industries
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field is preferred
• Previous experience in a retail management position is highly desirable
