- Lead full and partial apartment renovations, including kitchen and bath upgrades, cabinet and counter top replacement, flooring, tiling, fixtures, lighting, and finish carpentry.
- Coordinate with vendors and on-site managers to order materials and make sure all work meets Landings’ quality standards and applicable codes.
- Perform final quality inspections and punch-list work so renovated units are move-in ready.
- Keep management informed with regular project updates on progress, costs, and anything that affects the timeline.
- Take on additional renovation, capital improvement, and special projects across our communities as business priorities evolve.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Ability to manage multiple projects at once, estimate materials, and work to schedules and budgets
- Ability to read and interpret basic plans, specifications, and scopes of work
- Experience coordinating vendors or subcontractors is a plus
