- Have at least a few years of Dealership Warranty Admin Experience
- Analyze and organize office operations and procedures
- Control all aspects of submitting warranty, including submission, completing the story, and follow up to ensure full payment
- Need to be highly skilled in warranty administration
- Be organized and have the ability to communicate effectively with both co-workers and customers
