Production Worker

Rate: starting at $20.36/hr

Shift: Swing (1st and 2nd shift) and 3rd shift

** MUST BE WILLING TO WORK OVERTIME IF NEEDED**

Reporting to the Supervisor, as a Production Worker for our swing (1st and 2nd shift) and 3rd shift, you will be responsible for collaborating and contributing to the production environment within our manufacturing operations. Safety, quality, productivity, and a strong work ethic are important to the Sonoco culture.

This position is located at our tubes and cores manufacturing facility in Newport, TN.

• You have previous manufacturing experience and/or training.
• You can read and comprehend standard work instructions, and have math and measuring skills.
• You arrive to work on time with a strong attendance record.
• You are seeking to advance with a high school diploma or GED.
