Registered Nurse (RN) - LTC - SNF

Position Type: 9-Week Travel Contract
Shift: 12-hour nights, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Pay: $1,800 weekly
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, medication administration, and documentation.
- Monitor and report changes in resident conditions to the healthcare team.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to develop and implement care plans.
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and state/federal regulations.
- Support residents’ safety, comfort, and overall well-being during overnight hours.
- Active RN license in the state of Vermont (or compact license eligible).
- Previous experience in a long-term care or nursing home setting preferred.
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and patient care skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team during overnight shifts.
- Competitive weekly pay: $1,800
- 12-hour overnight shifts with a consistent schedule
