Responsibilities
Provide emergency nursing care to patients across all age groups
Perform rapid patient assessments and triage in a fast-paced environment
Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and protocols
Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes promptly
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and emergency procedures
Requirements
Experience
3–5 years of Emergency Room nursing experience
Licenses/Certifications
Active RN license
Required life support certifications per ER standards
Education
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
