CVS Veterinary Group is seeking a Head Receptionist for our Newquay and Truro practices. You will lead the reception team, oversee bookings, training, and patient records, while delivering outstanding client service in a busy veterinary environment.
This full-time role offers varied shifts, a Saturday rota, and a supportive team. You will model excellent service, manage rotas, and collaborate with colleagues across sites to ensure smooth client journeys from first call to visit.
