Level Teaching Assistant

We are looking for a dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant to provide 1-to-1 support for a specific pupil through to the 2027/2028 academic year. You will play a vital role in the pupil’s academic and emotional development across both our school and an Alternative Provision (AP).

• 1:1 Support:
  Deliver tailored interventions and activities based on the pupil’s needs.
• Off-Site Travel:
  Accompany the pupil to scheduled Alternative Provision sessions to ensure continuity.
• Well-being:
  Support self-regulation, social skills, and independence.
• Whole School Cover:
  Provide cover to class and small group working as needed

• Experience:
  
  Proven history supporting children with ASD, ADHD, or SEMH.
• Resilience: A calm, patient, and flexible approach to challenging situations.
• Logistics:
  Ability to travel for off-site provision and collaborate with external partners.

The position is for 31.65 hours per week, term time plus 2 INSET days, fixed term until 31/08/2028
