Can you make great coffee whilst resisting the temptations of BEAUTIFUL pastries? Are you someone who believes service is more than delivering plates?

With a warm welcome, a sharp eye for detail, and a love for hospitality, you will make every guest feel special.

• Welcoming and seating guests with genuine warmth
• Preparing and serving coffee, food, and drinks with consistency and care
• Taking accurate orders, including dietary preferences and special requests
• Keeping bakery and dining areas clean, tidy, and inviting
• Supporting events and private functions with setup and service
• Handling guest queries and feedback with positivity and professionalism
• Working closely with kitchen and bar teams to deliver smooth service

You’ll be:

• Experienced in hospitality, barista work, or a similar role (preferred)
• A natural communicator with excellent people skills
• Organised, detail-focused, and proactive
• Calm under pressure and confident in a fast-paced environment
• Passionate about delivering consistent, genuine service
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

• £12.60 per hour (£26,208 PA FTE)
