THE NICI Collection is seeking a passionate Chef de Partie to take ownership of a kitchen section and deliver exceptional dining experiences for guests at THE NICI Newquay. You will support senior chefs during service and uphold strict food safety standards.
Ideal candidates have experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis/Demi Chef de Partie, with a love for quality ingredients and a meticulous eye for detail.
