The Headland in Newquay is seeking an exceptional Restaurants & Bar Manager to lead our front-of-house and bar teams across The Headland’s food and beverage operation. From Restaurant Ren Mor to the Ballroom, you will ensure every guest experiences outstanding service and a warm welcome.
You will develop our drinks offering, coach your teams, manage stock and costs, and work closely with the Executive Head Chef to deliver a joined-up guest journey.
