Oversee and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed individual and dealership targets Manage daily sales operations, ensuring exceptional customer service standards Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximise revenue and market share Provide training, coaching, and support to sales executives and apprentices Regularly report sales performance and progress to senior management Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business Requirements of a General Sales Manager:
