The Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading employment tax engagements covering PAYE, IR35, and benefits
• Advising clients on reward structures, global mobility, and workforce planning
• Managing HMRC interactions and ensuring compliance accuracy
• Mentoring and supporting the professional development of junior staff
• Contributing to business development and client service excellence
• Playing a key role in shaping the firm’s growing employment tax function

About You

You will:

• CTA, ATT, ACA, or ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with solid employment tax experience
• Excellent technical knowledge of employment status, PAYE, and benefits-in-kind
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Commercially astute, proactive, and collaborative
• Ambitious and eager to succeed by creating value for clients and the team
