Position: Assistant Accountant (Temp-to-Perm)
MCS Group is delighted to be partnering with well established organisation based in Newry to recruit for an Assistant Accountant on a full time, temp-to-perm basis. The Company This company is one of the leading suppliers in its industry, servicing both the UK and Ireland. They have a large, well-established finance team based in Newry and are now looking to add an Assistant Accountant to support their continued growth.

The Role As the successful Assistant Accountant, you will:
Manage ledgers, reconciliations, and journals. Support month-end reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. Monitor cash flow and process payments. Maintain accurate records and support business decision-making. What you need to succeed Experience in a busy accounting or finance environment Strong Excel skills and good general systems knowledge High attention to detail and strong numerical accuracy Ability to manage workload, work independently, and communicate effectively What's in it for you?
