Accounts & Outsourcing Manager

Accountancy Practice specialists Taylor Rose Recruitment have been instructed on an Accounts & Outsourcing Manager or Senior Manager opportunity on behalf of our client in Taunton. Will be working with an impressive client base, involving a mixture of monthly management reporting, business advisory and ad hoc project work. Perfect for an ACCA/ ACA/ CIMA Qualified individual with a strong technical background looking for the next step up in their career.

The Role:

Managing a portfolio of clients Preparation/ review of management accounts on a monthly/quarterly basis Preparation and review of monthly management reporting packs Providing commentary and analysis Budgeting and forecasting Business advisory work Ensuring all client reporting and payment deadlines are met Review of VAT returns Review of monthly journals, prepayments, accruals, and depreciation Preparation and review of monthly financial reporting packs for review Identifying areas to improve existing systems & processes Training junior staff and reviewing their work.

Develop strong relationships with clients including client visits and review meetings. You: ACCA, ACA or CIMA Qualified Accountancy practice experience Strong monthly management reporting experience Excellent working knowledge of FRS
