Ealing, London Details

We are currently recruiting for a Business Support Team Administrator to join our Business Support team based in Ealing.

Key responsibilities of this role will include:

  • To provide support to the Business Support Manager in ensuring the effective management of operations and facilities across all Kumon UK & Ireland offices.
  • Coordination for Business Support department.
  • General reception duties.
  • Arrange couriers, taxis, and minicabs as and when required.
  • Assist office relocations.
  • Assist the Business Support Coordinator to maintain records on company cars and drivers.
  • Collate and order stationery requests as and when required.
  • Manage room bookings.
  • Liaising with cleaners and monitoring cleaning standards.
  • Liaise with external suppliers to organise visits, deliveries, repairs, and maintenance of office equipment and appliances.
  • Process operations and facilities related supplier invoices on a weekly basis.
  • Assist with office opening and closing procedures to safeguard security and ensure the office is fully functioning every day.
  • Liaise with other Team Administrators regarding ongoing maintenance in regional offices.
  • Successful applicants must have:

  • Previous experience of working in a facilities role.
  • Previous involvement with Health and Safety and understands Health and Safety matters including legal requirements.
  • Good communication skills both oral and written.
  • Able to work as a team member and on their own initiative at the same time.
  • Be able to organise and manage multiple concurrent projects.
  • Ability to manage and schedule large and varied workloads.
  • Computer literate in a variety of packages including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Events management skills would be an advantage.
