Operations Support Administrator (Newry-Immediate Start)

Honeycomb is delighted to be working with our client, a leading, family run business based in Newry. We are recruiting for an operations support administrator on a temporary basis. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to join a leading, family run business.
In this role you will provide essential support to a dynamic team in an award winning company providing an excellent service.

• General administration duties, including drafting documents, scanning and printing
• Manage spreadsheets, office calendars and maintaining filing systems
• Providing essential communications and support, both internally and externally

• Previous experience in an administrative role
• IT literate, confident with Microsoft Office and using Excel
• Available for an immediate start
• Fantastic communication skills and confident in data analysis

• 6-8 week temporary role
• Full time hours
• Hourly rate from £13-£14 per hour
• Immediate start opportunity
