Project Coordinator
Join a fast-paced repairs and maintenance operation where you'll coordinate resources, schedules and service delivery to ensure projects and responsive repairs are completed on time and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and coordinate operatives, subcontractors and repair appointments.
- Manage scheduling, diaries, job allocations and emergency response works.
- Monitor job performance, overdue works, KPIs and service targets.
- Liaise with residents, contractors and operational teams to ensure excellent customer service.
- Coordinate materials, variations, follow-on works and resource availability.
- Maintain accurate records, system updates and operational reporting.
- Experience in planning, scheduling, coordination or contract administration.
- Background in repairs, maintenance, construction, housing or property services.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent customer service and stakeholder communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and scheduling/job management systems.
- Ability to work with KPIs, performance data and operational reports.
