Commercial Administrator Join a fast-paced maintenance, repairs and construction environment where you'll play a key role in commercial and financial project control.

Key Responsibilities Manage commercial documentation, contracts, variations, purchase orders and invoices. Support procurement, supplier management and tender processes. Monitor budgets, costs, forecasts and contract performance. Produce accurate reports, maintain data integrity and support month-end reporting. Ensure compliance with commercial procedures, audits and regulatory requirements. Liaise with project teams, subcontractors and stakeholders to keep projects running efficiently. What We're Looking For Experience in commercial administration, contract management, procurement or finance administration.

Advanced Excel skills with strong data analysis and reporting capability. Knowledge of repairs, maintenance, construction or property services environments. Strong numerical, organisational and administrative skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail.
