We are hiring for our client for an experienced Civils Site Manager to lead projects across the UK, based out of Co. Down. This Civils Site Manager role offers the opportunity to take full ownership of civil engineering and groundworks projects, ensuring delivery is safe, efficient and to the highest standards.

• Day-to-day site management of civil engineering and groundworks projects
• Programme planning, labour and resource control
• Ensuring health & safety, quality and housekeeping standards are maintained
• Liaising with clients, subcontractors and key stakeholders
• Enforcing company standards and driving best practice on site

• Proven experience as a Site Manager within civil engineering / groundworks
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• SMSTS or SSSTS certification
• First Aid qualification
• Full UK driving licence
• Organised, proactive and solutions‑focused
