The Role:

Support the Site Manager with day-to-day site operations Coordinate subcontractors and ensure works are completed to programme Maintain high standards of health & safety on site Monitor quality of workmanship and ensure compliance with specifications Assist with site documentation, reporting, and progress updates Communicate effectively with project teams, suppliers, and stakeholders

The Person :
Trades background with a strong understanding of construction processes Previous experience in a supervisory or junior management role is desirable Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Proactive approach with a willingness to learn and develop Flexibility to travel across NI and ROI as required The Reward:
