Construction Jobs.ie is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to oversee commercial projects on sites across Northern Ireland, including Belfast and surrounding areas.
The successful candidate will have at least 10 years’ experience in a main contractor role, with a proven track record on commercial projects. You will manage procurement, costs and tender documents to ensure projects stay within budget, reporting to the project manager.
