The Job in a Nutshell:

This isn't your typical Quantity Surveyor role.

You'll take commercial responsibility for multiple civil engineering and infrastructure projects from pre-construction through to final account, working closely with Directors and Contracts Managers to maximise commercial performance.

You'll be involved in everything from subcontract procurement and valuations through to CVRs, forecasting, contract administration and change control, while helping shape the future of a growing commercial team.

Should You Apply?

We think Intermediate and Senior Quantity Surveyors with experience in Civil Engineering, Infrastructure, Utilities, Groundworks, Reinforced Concrete, Commercial Construction or Energy should apply.

After conversations with the hiring manager, if you have the following experience, you'll have an excellent chance of being successful:

• Degree (or equivalent) in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management.
• Experience working as a Quantity Surveyor within construction or civil engineering.
• Strong knowledge of NEC, JCT and/or IC forms of contract.
• Experience managing subcontractor accounts, valuations and commercial reporting.
• Excellent commercial awareness, negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple live projects.
• Full UK driving licence.
