Cunningham are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial delivery on contracted works. You will provide timely commercial reports, manage subcontract accounts, and drive profitability across projects with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
Based at our Newry Head Office with site visits across Europe as required, you will report to the Commercial Manager and collaborate with Project Managers to meet margins and client expectations.
