A leading Furnishing / Fashion company is seeking a Customer Service Advisor in Newry. The role involves assisting customers with queries via phone, email, and live chat. Ideal candidates should have over a year of customer service experience, strong organizational skills, and a proactive attitude. This permanent position offers a salary of £28,000 with additional benefits including an amazing holiday allowance and opportunities for progression.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, either 9:00am - 5:00pm or 8:30am - 4:30pm.
