Customer Support and Onboarding Assistant
POCKET BOX LTD is looking for a Customer Support & Onboarding Assistant to support our customers throughout their journey with our platform. This role focuses on helping new customers get set up, providing basic training, and responding to customer queries to ensure a smooth and positive experience.
Responsibilities- Supporting new customers with account setup and onboarding.
- Delivering basic customer training via phone, email, or online tools.
- Responding to customer enquiries and resolving common issues.
- Acting as a first point of contact for customer support queries.
- Escalating more complex issues to the appropriate team member.
- Maintaining accurate customer records and notes.
- Identifying recurring customer issues and feeding these back to the team.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good organisational skills.
- Comfortable using computers, email, and online systems.
- Previous customer service or support experience.
- Familiarity with CRM or customer support systems.
- Interest in software, technology, or digital platforms.
