About you Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Strong organisation and time management abilities Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment A proactive attitude with a customer-focused mindset Previous experience in customer service or logistics is desirable Good attention to detail and accuracy What you'll do Respond promptly to customer emails, webchats, and phone enquiries Assist customers at the trade counter and handle orders, quotes, and payments Process orders, cancellations, amendments, and returns accurately Stock checks, deliveries, and warehouse activities such as picking, packing, and moving stock Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met Maintain a tidy trade counter and stockroom environment Handle product advice, quality complaints, damages, and refunds Support online account setup and process proof of deliveries and invoice queries Assist with inbound stock arrivals and prepare shipments for courier collection For further information on this job, apply via the link or contact the VANRATH office for a confidential chat today.
