What You’ll DoAs a Cover Supervisor, you will be supervising pre-set lessons in the absence of the class teacher, ensuring that students stay on task and engaged. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone with a background in education or teaching who enjoys working with young people and is confident in managing classrooms.
What We’re Looking For- Previous experience as a Cover Supervisor, ECT or trainee teacher
- Strong classroom presence and confident behaviour management skills
- Able to follow lesson plans and maintain a positive learning environment
