In this role, you will be responsible for delivering hands-on electrical training to military trainees, deliver pre-set lesson plans, training and assessments, monitor trainee development and collaborate with colleagues to improve internal processes and uphold health and safety. This is a Monday to Friday role, 37 hour week - no overtime required. This role would suit an Electronics or Electrical Technician with a HND or HNC, from any background looking for an off the tools role, full training to become an instructor and the opportunity to work for one of the biggest defence companies in the UK.

Deliver engaging lessons using pre-set course materials Prepare lesson plans and assess military students results Develop training content and improve course developmet Collaborate with colleagues and internal teams Mon - Fri, 37 hour week. THE PERSON:
