630t.Requirements You will be GTCS Registered (Secondary), have knowledge of relevant curriculum areas and an awareness of main current issues in Scottish education. You will also be required to obtain RC Church approval. Please see  for information.

Responsibilities You will deliver quality education to assigned pupils and contribute, within the collegiate ethos, to the professional life of the school.

The Individual You will also demonstrate application and knowledge of Curriculum for Excellence and have evidence of appropriate Professional Learning in a range of areas. In addition you will have a positive and caring approach and commitment to young people, have good communication/ interpersonal skills and relate well to others. This post is considered Regulated Work with Children and/or Protected Adults under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007.

The preferred candidate will require to join the PVG Scheme to undergo a PVG Scheme update check prior to a formal offer of employment being made by Dundee City Council.
