Join us as a Senior Systems Engineer to work on specialist Test & Evaluation equipment and facilities across MOD Land Ranges in the UK.

• Lead the technical delivery of Test & Evaluation projects/work packages to time, cost and quality.
• Deliver systems engineering outputs across the project lifecycle including proposals, requirements, integration, test and transition into service.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to refine requirements, identify solutions and manage technical risk.
• Plan and oversee integration, installation and acceptance activities including IT, Safety and Security systems.
• Produce supplier Statements of Work, tender documents and acceptance criteria.
• Mentor junior engineers and support capability growth.

• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary systems engineering projects.
• Experience delivering systems in safety‑critical or regulated environments.
• Experience producing technical artefacts, requirements and delivering certified outcomes.
• Ability to manage stakeholders and technical delivery across complex programmes.
• Experience in integration, testing and transition into service of complex systems.
• Knowledge of systems engineering lifecycle and engineering governance.

• Degree‑level qualification in a relevant engineering discipline (e.g., Systems, Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, Civil).
• Chartered Engineer (CEng) or equivalent professional status.
• Evidence of experience in systems engineering or equivalent professional training.

This full‑time role is based at Fort Halstead in Kent. Travel to other Qineti

Q and customer sites will be expected.
