- Providing technical expertise and support to customers and internal teams.
- Supporting the design, development, and improvement of products and engineering solutions.
- Producing and maintaining technical drawings, specifications, reports, and documentation.
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues through effective problem‑solving and analysis.
- Working closely with production, operations, and commercial teams to deliver high‑quality outcomes.
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product performance, efficiency, and reliability.
- Ensuring compliance with quality, health & safety, and company standards.
- Building strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues across the business.
- Expertise in Solid Works & AutoCAD
- Experience with construction machinery, hydraulic and electronic control systems.
- Workshop‑led mindset – able to translate design into real‑world manufacture.
- Engineering qualification or relevant industry experience.
- Strong technical knowledge and problem‑solving ability.
- Experience with in manufacturing, engineering, construction, or related industries.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- A proactive approach with a commitment to delivering high standards of work.
