You will:

• CTA, ATT, ACA, or ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with solid employment tax experience
• Excellent technical knowledge of employment status, PAYE, and benefits‑in‑kind
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Commercially astute, proactive, and collaborative
• Ambitious and eager to succeed by creating value for clients and the team
