Financial Analyst

MCS Group is delighted to be partnering with a well-established organisation based in Newry to recruit a Financial Analyst on a full-time, permanent basis.

This company is one of the leading suppliers in its industry, servicing both the UK and Ireland. They have a large, well-established finance team based in Newry and are now looking to add a Financial Analyst to support their continued growth.

As the successful Financial Analyst, you will:

• Reconcile financial data, ensuring accuracy and completeness across records
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies across multiple data sources
• Analyse trends, variances, and performance to support reporting
• Maintain data integrity and support improvements to processes and controls

• Strong analytical skills with experience working with large data sets and Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs)
• Able to manage multiple priorities independently with strong organisation and time management skills
• High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and data integrity
• Proactive, positive approach with strong communication skills and willingness to develop

• On-site parking
• Salary up to £40,000
• 30 days annual leave (inc. bank holidays)
