About the Job Working within a busy Finance team this candidate will be responsible for assisting with and completing the following duties Process and review supplier invoices for accuracy and completeness. Match purchase orders and corresponding GRNs to supplier invoices. Maintain accurate and up-to-date supplier records. Reconcile supplier statements and handle supplier inquiries. Assist in the preparation of the monthly payment run to ensure timely payment of invoices.
Assist in month-end closing activities and prepare reports as needed. Support continuous improvement of the finance function. Perform any other duties as may reasonably be required from time to time. Your skills & experience Previous experience of a busy accounts payable environment is essential Good working knowledge of Microsoft packages (especially excel)
Experience of finance function in a business with demonstrated ability for accuracy and speed. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Evidence of analytical, problem solving and decision making skills.
