Key Responsibilities You are responsible for working as a part of the accounts team in a busy fast paced and high-volume environment, providing administrative support to the finance function. Specific Day to Day Responsibilities Assisting with Statement reconciliations. Ensure all processing and scanning of Purchase Ledger invoices/credits are completed. Resolve queries with internal/external customers Ensure all filing of statements and invoices are completed Bank Reconciliation of all O&S operating accounts Assisting with Wage Journals Management of company petty cash Preparation of bank lodgements on a regular basis Weekly and monthly financial reporting Essential criteria Minimum 3 years office experience, preferably within finance Strong numeracy skills Proficient on Microsoft Office Willingness to develop and add value Attention to detail Ability to work well in a team What you will receive Competitive Salary Career progression The chance to join a highly reputable company Other employee benefits What you need to do now:
