Position: Care Assistant TLNT1_NI
To provide high-quality, person centred care and support to residents, promoting their dignity, independence, choice and wellbeing while ensuring a safe, caring and homely environment Key responsibilities Deliver compassionate, person-centred care in accordance with each residents individual care plan Assist residents with personal care, including, washing and dressing, continence care, oral hygiene Support residents with mobility, transfers, repositioning and the safe use of manual handling equipment Essential Caring, compassionate and respectful attitude Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work as part of a team and independently Reliable, flexible and committed to delivering excellent care Desirable Previous experience working in care home or healthcare settings Experience supporting older adults or individuals living with mental health conditions
