Domiciliary Care Manager

About the Role We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced and motivated Registered Manager to lead a domiciliary care service in Leeds. You will have overall responsibility for the safe, effective and high-quality delivery of care while supporting the development of a strong and dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities Take overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of the service. Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and relevant legislation. Lead safeguarding, incident management and complaints procedures. Monitor care plans, risk assessments and quality of care. Conduct audits and implement continuous improvement plans. Recruit, supervise and develop care staff. Maintain strong relationships with service users, families and professionals. Prepare the service for CQC inspections and regulatory reviews.

Monitor staffing, rotas and operational performance. Requirements

Experience with in health or social care management. Strong understanding of CQC regulations and safeguarding. Relevant Level 5 qualification in Health & Social Care or equivalent, or willingness to work towards. Strong leadership and communication skills. Good understanding of care planning, risk management and quality assurance. Previous Registered Manager experience is desirable but not essential where the candidate has suitable management experience.
