Compassionate and patient Reliable and respectful Positive, and willing to learn Everything else is covered by their comprehensive training programme.

Your role You'll provide person-centred care that helps people stay independent and comfortable in their own homes. No two visits are the same, so your day-to-day will be varied and directly meaningful. Typical duties include:
Providing companionship and emotional support Assisting with personal care Helping prepare meals Supporting with medication (full training given) Light household duties Shopping and collecting prescriptions Encouraging independence and confidence Building trusted relationships with the people you support Career progression Our client promotes from within.
