Recruitment Administrator Temporary initially but could become permanent for the right person £12.87 to £14.36 per hour Based in Norwich with free parking Excellent offices Friendly team environment We are pleased to welcome an experienced Recruitment Administrator to join our Team. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to provide excellent customer service to candidates and recruiting managers, ensuring they receive efficient, professional support to meet our recruitment needs.

You will build strong working relationships across the business, becoming a trusted go-to contact for first-line recruitment support. You will be responsible for drafting and posting job adverts, scheduling interviews, and keeping recruiting managers informed throughout the recruitment process. You will also respond to candidate queries, directing them appropriately where necessary. In addition, you will produce reports and interview packs, maintain daily trackers, support recruitment events, process purchase orders and invoices, and ensure all recruitment documentation is kept up to date and accurately stored.

As part of the wider HR Team, you will participate in the helpdesk and inbox rota, collaborate on broader administrative duties, and ensure recruitment tasks are appropriately handed over or covered during periods of absence. With involvement in the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, and regular opportunities to contribute to ad-hoc projects, this role is ideal for someone looking to develop a career in recruitment.

We have a supportive HR Team and work collaboratively to achieve our objectives. About You You will have experience working in a recruitment role or environment, along with a sound understanding of recruitment best practice. You will be customer-focused, with well-developed customer service skills. You will also demonstrate strong administrative skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
