As a key partner to the Regional TA Lead and recruiting team, you will help ensure a seamless, high‑quality hiring experience across regions and job families.

You Will
  • Coordinate interviews across global time zones, including scheduling panels, arranging travel logistics, booking rooms, and organizing pre- and post-interview meetings.
  • Update job postings, maintain template libraries, and audit closed/filled roles for accuracy and compliance.
  • Support pre-hire, hire, and post-hire activities in the ATS and HR systems.
  • Own the  inbox and talent acquisition shared mailboxes, routing inquiries appropriately.
  • Manage the Genus Linked In inbox, including responding to messages, posting content, addressing posting errors, and escalating candidate inquiries.
  • Partner with TA, HRBP, and HR leadership to support monthly and quarterly vacancies and TA metrics reporting.
  • Coordinate immigration-related documentation with Legal, Global Mobility, and HR Shared Services updating start dates and maintaining compliant records.
  • Support compliance requirements across TA processes, including system audits, document retention, and standardized workflows.
  • Post job requisitions, assist with sourcing projects, and help screen entry level or high-volume roles when needed.
  • Process TA invoices, candidate reimbursements, and vendor payments.
  • Support contingent worker onboarding and termination coordination with managers and HR.
  • Perform other projects and responsibilities as assigned.
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • High attention to detail; ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, pivot quickly, and meet deadlines in an ambiguous environment.
  • Comfortable working across time zones and supporting global teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with ATSs (iCIMS preferred).
  • Strong relationship-building skills and professional communication style.
  • Ability to assimilate new information quickly and work with minimal guidance.
  • Authorized to work in the applicable region without sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in HR, recruiting operations, administrative coordination, or shared services.
  • Experience supporting immigration workflows.
  • Exposure to global or matrixed organizations; comfort navigating cross-functional environments.
  • Experience with employer branding, recruiting events, or early career recruiting programs.
