Overview
HR Now is seeking an experienced Senior HR Advisor to join our growing team. This varied role supports a wide range of clients with high quality HR advice, employee relations and HR administration.
Responsibilities- Work closely with consultants to manage ER cases, prepare HR documents, support payroll, contribute to HR projects and promote the use of AI tools to improve efficiency.
- Assist with recruitment, prepare job descriptions, coordinate interviews, and ensure compliance with pre-employment checks.
- Organised, adaptable and confident communicating at all levels.
- Strong HR experience and a client focused approach.
- CIPD Level 3 or 5 is preferred.
- Office based, 35 hours per week, with some client visits.
£45k to £50k.
