About you Proven experience in a generalist HR role, ideally with exposure to international HR practices Strong knowledge of employment law and HR regulations across different jurisdictions Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Highly organised, proactive, and adept at managing multiple priorities Proficient in HRIS, ATS systems, and Microsoft Office CIPD Level 5 or 7 qualification is highly desirable 4-6 years' progressive HR experience, including supervisory responsibilities What you'll do Oversee the full employee lifecycle, from talent acquisition and onboarding to performance management and exits Handle complex employee relations and investigations across different regions Develop, review, and implement HR policies compliant with international standards Support payroll and benefits administration on a global scale Provide strategic HR advice to managers and leaders, fostering a positive and high-performing workplace Lead initiatives on talent development, training, and succession planning Maintain compliance with employment legislation in multiple countries and prepare HR reports using data analytics Act as the HR lead for global apprentice and internship programmes For further information on this job, apply via the link or contact the VANRATH office for a confidential chat today.
