About you

• Proven experience in a generalist HR role, ideally with exposure to international HR practices
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR regulations across different jurisdictions
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Highly organised, proactive, and adept at managing multiple priorities
• Proficient in HRIS, ATS systems, and Microsoft Office
• CIPD Level 5 or 7 qualification is highly desirable
• 4-6 years' progressive HR experience, including supervisory responsibilities

What you'll do

• Oversee the full employee lifecycle, from talent acquisition and onboarding to performance management and exits
• Handle complex employee relations and investigations across different regions
• Develop, review, and implement HR policies compliant with international standards
• Support payroll and benefits administration on a global scale
• Provide strategic HR advice to managers and leaders, fostering a positive and high-performing workplace
• Lead initiatives on talent development, training, and succession planning
• Maintain compliance with employment legislation in multiple countries and prepare HR reports using data analytics
• Act as the HR lead for global apprentice and internship programmes
