Leading end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, inductions, leavers and HR systems Overseeing payroll, salary reviews, bonuses and benefits, ensuring accuracy and compliance Partnering with senior stakeholders on employee relations, performance management and complex people matters Managing key HR compliance requirements, including SRA compliance, right-to-work and DSARs Supporting learning, development, mentoring and talent programmes Contributing to recruitment and trainee attraction, including assessment and insight events Leading and supporting HR projects, organisational change and process improvements Providing leadership and guidance to HR colleagues, helping to prioritise workloads and maintain high standards Building strong relationships across the business and acting as a trusted HR partner to senior stakeholders HR Manager –

What We’re Looking For:

CIPD Certification (Level
5) Experience in a similar / HR role, ideally gained within a law firm Must have experience in managing ER issues independently In depth knowledge of HR best practice and understanding of HR strategy
